帮我看看这个项目的结构，然后给 FastAPI 服务加一个 /health 接口，加完把测试跑一遍。

用户要加一个健康检查接口。先读 README 和入口文件确认框架版本与路由挂载方式，再决定把 /health 放在独立模块还是直接挂在 app 上。测试用现有的 pytest 约定。

src/app.py

项目是一个最小的 FastAPI 服务，入口在 src/app.py。我的计划：

新建 src/health.py，提供带版本号和运行时长的 /health 路由
在 src/app.py 里挂载它
补一条 pytest 用例并跑全量测试
